Returns & Exchanges

At Laura Domínguez your experience comes first: we want you to shop with complete peace of mind.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To start a return or exchange, please read and follow these guidelines.

1. Return period

As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, receive the last item of the order, without having to give any reason.

In addition, Laura Domínguez extends this period to 30 calendar days from receipt. During the extension (days 15 to 30), returns are accepted as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags.

2. Condition of the items

You can try the items on as you would in a physical shop. Please return them in the same condition in which you received them, with their tags and, if possible, in their original packaging.

If an item shows handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning (for example, signs of wear, washing, stains or odours), we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund, as permitted by consumer law.

Bikinis and swimsuits: for hygiene reasons, please try them on over your underwear and return them with the original hygiene liner intact.

3. How to request a return or exchange

Email us at hola@laura-dominguez.com, or use our withdrawal form, including:

• Full name and the email used for the purchase.
• Order number.
• The item or items you want to return or exchange, and the reason.
• For exchanges, the size or colour you would prefer.
• If an item is faulty, clear photos of the item and the packaging.

We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send any parcel before receiving these instructions, so that we can identify your return correctly.

4. Refunds and return costs

We will refund you within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you inform us of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Size or colour exchanges

If you would prefer a different size or colour, we will exchange it as long as it is available. We will explain the steps when we process your request.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

All our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. If you receive a faulty item or one that differs from what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will offer you a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Order cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not been prepared yet, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. If it has already shipped, you can return it once you receive it, following this policy.

8. Right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, let us know before the withdrawal period expires and send the items back to the address provided within 14 days of informing us. For a quick withdrawal, please use our online withdrawal form.
