These terms and conditions govern the use of the online store laura-dominguez.com and the purchases made through it. By placing an order with Laura Domínguez, you declare that you have read and accepted these conditions.

Store information

Who can buy

To buy in our store you must be of legal age and provide true and complete information. Purchases are intended for end consumers.

Products

Laura Domínguez offers women's fashion: dresses, sets, jackets, bikinis, accessories and other brand-related products.

We work to ensure that product photos, descriptions, colours and features are as accurate as possible. However, there may be a slight colour variation depending on the screen, lighting or device used.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If a product is not available after your purchase, we will let you know and offer you an alternative or a full refund of its price.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT and any applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are shown on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

Laura Domínguez may change prices and promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

If, due to an obvious technical error, a product were shown with a clearly wrong price, we will inform you and you may choose between confirming the purchase at the correct price or cancelling it with a full refund of the amount paid.

Purchase process

To buy, select the products, add them to the cart and complete the payment with the requested details. Before confirming the order you can review the products, quantities, shipping address, payment method and total amount, and correct any errors.

Order confirmation

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. This email does not mean that the order has already shipped, but that it has been registered correctly. The contract is concluded in Spanish and its confirmation is filed in that email.

Payment methods

Payments are made using the methods available on the checkout page. All transactions are processed through secure payment platforms. See the accepted methods on our Payment methods page.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders are shipped to the address given during the purchase, so it is important that the details are correct and complete. Shipping times and costs are detailed on our Shipping page.

In any case, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the purchase. If this is not possible, we will let you know and you may cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, which Laura Domínguez extends to 30 calendar days. The full conditions, return costs and the withdrawal form are on our Exchanges and returns page.

Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, bikinis, swimsuits and similar items are only accepted if they have been tried on over underwear and keep the original hygienic liner intact.

Legal guarantee

All our products have the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, write to us with photos and we will offer you repair, replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.

Customer reviews

The reviews shown on the website are collected through the Judge.me app. After each purchase we invite our customers by email to rate the products they have received. Reviews marked as “Verified” come from people who have bought the product.

We publish both positive and negative reviews. We only remove those containing insults, personal data, content unrelated to the product or advertising. We do not offer any compensation in exchange for positive ratings.

Liability

Laura Domínguez shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as logistics incidents, errors in the address provided, technical problems, force majeure or actions of third parties, without prejudice to your rights under consumer law.

Changes to the conditions

We may update these terms when necessary. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase will always apply.

Dispute resolution

If you have any issue, write to us and we will look for a solution together. As a consumer, you can also contact the consumer services of your region or the consumer arbitration system.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by the applicable Spanish and European legislation, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
